Position Overview:
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced setting and is interested in growing their career in the insurance industry. While this position does not require a license, there is potential for advancement to a licensed sales or service role with training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Support agency staff with customer follow-up and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Bonus:
- Interest in developing a career in insurance
- Bilingual skills are a plus
