Account Manager – Insurance & Financial Services Sales

Are you a driven, competitive sales professional with the ambition to dominate in insurance and financial services? At the Charles Berrouet State Farm Agency, we are searching for an Account Manager who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is motivated by closing business, hitting goals, and making an impact.

This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty, Life & Health required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 preferred). If you’re not yet licensed, we’ll provide the support and resources to help you succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth – Proactively market insurance and financial products, generate leads, and close new business.

  • Consult with Clients – Deliver financial planning, retirement, and investment options tailored to customer goals.

  • Build Loyalty – Strengthen long-term relationships while increasing retention and referrals.

  • Stay Ahead – Remain current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to stay competitive.

What We’re Looking For

  • A sales-dominant closer with 3+ years of success in insurance or financial services.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.

  • Strong communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.

  • Fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (required).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
