Customer Service Representative – Service with a Sales Focus

Location: University City | Full-Time (In-Office | Hybrid Eligible After Training)
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through timely, accurate policy assistance.

  • Support clients with billing, coverage changes, claims, and account reviews.

  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify and fill coverage gaps.

  • Recommend additional products to ensure clients are fully protected.

  • Build strong relationships that enhance retention and drive referrals.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health preferred).
     – Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.

  • Prior State Farm or insurance experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to pivot between service and sales with confidence and care.

  • High level of professionalism and accountability in a goal-driven environment.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
