Account Manager – High-Earning Bilingual Sales Career

Location: University City | Full-Time (In-Office | Hybrid Eligible After Training)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

This is an in-office position with the opportunity for hybrid flexibility after training, based on performance. Licensing is required, but we provide full licensing support and guidance for qualified candidates. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong client relationships through personalized insurance and financial service solutions.

  • Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.

  • Conduct policy reviews, uncover coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate products.

  • Provide service excellence to existing clients while identifying in-book sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and agency-wide goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (licensing assistance available for the right candidate).

  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Motivated, competitive, and resilient with a passion for achieving goals.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
