Account Manager – High-Powered Sales Career

Location: University City | Full-Time (In-Office | Hybrid Eligible After Training)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, generate, and manage leads to drive consistent new business growth.

  • Engage potential and existing clients with tailored insurance and financial solutions.

  • Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring retention and referrals.

  • Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps and provide comprehensive protection options.

  • Exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and maximizing every opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Motivated, competitive individuals with a proven sales or business development background.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (licensing assistance available).

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
