Insurance Account Manager – High-Earning Sales Opportunity

Location: University City | Full-Time (In-Office | Hybrid Eligible After Training)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses

We’re seeking a motivated and competitive Insurance Account Manager who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. This is an in-office position with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after training, based on performance. Licensing is required, but we provide support and guidance for qualified candidates. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate leads, prospect new clients, and close high-value insurance deals

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with policyholders

  • Conduct personalized consultations to identify coverage needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals with confidence and persistence

  • Stay current on industry products, policies, and trends to remain competitive

What You Bring

  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (licensing support provided for the right candidate)

  • Proven success or strong interest in sales, business development, or insurance

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with resilience and determination to succeed

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
