This role begins in-office with hybrid flexibility available after training, based on performance. Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required (licensing support is available). Bilingual Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive agency growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, and effective closing

  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored solutions

  • Present insurance and financial service products confidently and clearly

  • Strengthen long-term relationships through consistent follow-up, exceptional service, and retention efforts

  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry changes, product updates, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in sales—insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred

  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (required)

    • Licensing assistance available for strong candidates

  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building abilities

  • Competitive, driven, and motivated by goals, recognition, and results

  • Organized, accountable, and adaptable in a performance-centered environment

  • Bilingual Spanish a strong plus
