We’re seeking a motivated Insurance Account Representative who excels at relationship-building, provides exceptional client support, and identifies opportunities to expand protection for individuals and families. This is an in-office role with hybrid flexibility available after training, based on performance. Licensing is required, but we offer full support to help qualified candidates obtain the necessary credentials. Bilingual Spanish/English applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-up
- Educate clients on insurance options and guide them toward the right coverage
- Identify and pursue in-book sales opportunities to strengthen client protection
- Assist with applications, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims-related support
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed both individual and agency goals
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Sales-minded, driven, and motivated to exceed performance expectations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (licensing assistance available)
