Charles Berrouet State Farm is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Liaison with a background in marketing or communications who can help grow our social media presence and local brand awareness through organic content.

This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate with a marketing degree (or currently pursuing one) who has experience creating content, managing social media platforms, and increasing engagement and follower growth.

If you enjoy content creation, storytelling, and building a brand online, this is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience while working with a growing State Farm agency.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Liaison, you will focus on developing and executing organic social media strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and follower growth across our platforms. You will help bring our brand to life online while supporting community-based marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall online presence

Capture and create content including posts, short-form videos, and stories

Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with State Farm values and agency goals

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance

Identify trends and recommend content ideas to improve reach and visibility

Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts as needed

Collaborate with the agent to align content with business goals and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience managing or growing social media accounts organically

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends

Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content

Strong written communication skills

Organized and able to manage content planning independently

Self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal hours

Experience with Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar tools is a plus
