Charles Berrouet State Farm is seeking a service-driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our high-performing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping customers, building long-term relationships, and delivering a high-quality service experience.

While this position is primarily service-focused, success in this role also includes identifying opportunities within the existing book of business and confidently guiding conversations toward appropriate coverage solutions.

What You’ll Do

  •  Provide exceptional service and support to existing customers 
  •  Manage policy renewals, updates, billing questions, and coverage inquiries 
  •  Assist customers through the claims process and provide follow-up support 
  •  Review accounts to ensure accurate and complete coverage 
  •  Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and generate in-book sales 
  •  Build strong customer relationships that drive retention and referrals 
  •  Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions 
  •  Collaborate with team members to achieve service and production goals 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship-building skills 
  •  Ability to listen, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions 
  •  Comfortable transitioning from service conversations into sales opportunities 
  •  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills 
  •  Effective communication and problem-solving abilities 
  •  Ability to succeed in a performance-driven environment 
  •  Prior experience in customer service, account management, or insurance preferred 
  •  Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required 
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required
Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)

  •  Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred 
  •  If not currently licensed, must be willing to obtain required licenses 
  •  Full support and guidance provided throughout the licensing process
