Charles Berrouet State Farm, a high-performing insurance agency, is seeking a motivated and sales-driven professional to join our team as a Multiline Representative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment, enjoys helping customers, and is confident guiding needs-based conversations that lead to meaningful coverage decisions.

What You’ll Do

  •  Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers 
  •  Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate insurance products 
  •  Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines (Auto, Home, Life, and more) 
  •  Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner 
  •  Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business 
  •  Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 
  •  Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office goals 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed goals 
  •  Ability to build trust and guide customers through decision-making 
  •  Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities 
  •  Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred but not required 
Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)

  •  Property & Casualty license required prior to start date 
  •  Life & Health license required within 45 days of employment 
  •  Full support and guidance provided throughout the licensing process 
Additional Qualifications

  •  Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply (not required)
