Charles Berrouet State Farm, a top-performing insurance agency, is seeking a customer-focused and service-driven professional to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while also recognizing opportunities to strengthen customer coverage through in-book sales. You will play a key role in supporting customer needs, maintaining relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing agency.

What You’ll Do

  •  Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients 
  •  Answer customer inquiries and explain policy coverages and options 
  •  Assist with policy changes, updates, and billing questions 
  •  Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed 
  •  Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions 
  •  Identify opportunities to improve coverage and pivot into in-book sales when appropriate 
  •  Build strong customer relationships that drive retention and satisfaction 
  •  Collaborate with team members to meet service and agency goals 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Strong customer service mindset with a focus on helping others 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to build trust and guide customer conversations 
  •  Comfortable identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or coverage 
  •  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
  •  Previous customer service experience preferred 
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required
Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)

  •  Property & Casualty license required prior to start date 
  •  Life & Health license required within 45 days of employment 
  •  Full support and guidance provided throughout the licensing process
